Some locations have private entrance, dual phone lines, dual cable jacks, private heat, huge closets with loft storage. Some locations are recently remodeled, lots of new windows, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, carpeted. Other rooms are available that range in sizes from medium to master. Some with hardwood floors, some carpeted. All homes have at least two full baths, two living rooms and an eat in kitchen. Homes are located in a quiet, nice neighborhood with a mix of students, graduates, and some families. Free Unicity shuttle to campus along with other stops in Newark. The shuttle runs year round, even when the University shuttle is not in service. |
